What do you charge labor if i bring my parts in??

What would KFC charge you to cook your own chicken if you brought it in? I figure labor will be the same and you may also be charged whatever profit would have been made on the parts!.... The shop needs to make an X number of dollars for certain repairs!... Now some shops will gladly install your parts.... NO warranty involved!...
