What parts should be replaced salvage yaris no communication to ECU from dealer?

Bought this car with not working air conditioning. Mechanic charged $540 repaired it but returned car had with warning lights on (P/S, AirBag, Temp,)and power steering was stiff when starting car. Took it to Toyota dealer, charged $230 did not fix cause no communication between engine and computer. Took it to another mechanic after $240 fixed power steering, air conditioning NOT working again and AirBag warning light still on, PLEASE HELP!!!! P.S Recalls already fixed.
