What is your question?
This morning while idling my check engine light came on. Checked the codes to be p0120 and p0770, or throttle position sensor and the E solenoid. After I read the codes I reset them and then went and did a complete fuel system and automatic transmission flush, as well as changed out my differential oil (it was pretty dark instead of water like). After the fuel system cleaning my sometes erratic idle went away. Could all of this fixed the issue? On a side note, I was getting horrible gas mileage for the past month or so.

You may have helped with the P0770 by changing fluid in transmission. The P0120 would likely be a problem with Throttle position sensor. Likely the CEL in my mind would have came on for the P120 since it was idling at the time. Best to wait and see if your CEL comes on again. If it does its best to check freeze frame data stored at that time so you can better determine which fault caused the light to come.
could have been just a dirty throttle body causing the throttle blade to stick, the same could have been for the transmission solenoid. if these issues persist, there may be an issue with the throttle position sensor for the p0120 code, and the p0770 could be also related to the throttle position sensor, based on the diagnostic information i am reading through.
Thank you for the replies. I'm hoping the fuel injection cleaning fixed it. Tomorrow I'll take a brush and cleaner to the throttle body just in case. Forgot to mention, the fuel filter was leaking while I was down there. I tightened it up best I could. Could that have caused any issues like this? I will say this, it drives like a different truck after the fuel system and transmission flush.
