What is your question?
In diagnostic box I Have power at B+ when switch is on,i have power at FP when cranking, when I run jump wire to each pump doesnt run. I ran a wire straight to the pump from the battery and the pump runs and truck starts. I have checked EFI fuse and IGN fuse both are good, EFI main relay clicks when ignition is turned on.

IF the CIRCUIT is operating NORMALLY (power to relay etc.) when in CRANK position , but NOT in RUN position , then I would suspect the ignition switch has failed. Will it start and stay running (although the starter noise may be irritating) while holding it in the 'crank' position , as long as you hold the key?
IGN fuse is ok, and when I ran a jump wire from the battery to the pump the truck started fine. My problem is why I'm not getting 12 volts to the pump. I would think maybe a bad place in the wire but my confusion came when I ran a jump wire from B+ to FP in the diagnostic box and the pump didn't run.
I in NO WAY said ignition "FUSE" !!! I said "CIRCUIT" ----- BIG difference (kinda like me using 'caps lock' to EMPHASIZE) Does it stay running IF you HOLD the key in CRANK position????? IF yes , then re-read my original reply! GOOD luck.
Thanks but that doesn't seem to be the problem.
Did you try manually opening the air vane in the top of the air cleaner with key on to see if power to pump then?.. If that part doesn't move ... the pump AIN'T going to run!!!! .. That's why you have to be cranking the engine for pump to run.. Also the reason to be damn sure the big air tube is hooked up with NO leaks!
Yeah hose has no leaks, and I opened the baffle with a screwdriver and still had no luck with it starting, and when you crank it you can hear and feel it opening and closing.
You need a diagnostic flow chart and a good DVOM ... some time and good luck!!
