04 Corolla left/front motor mount

What is your question?

Car has a 5 speed transmission. Ordered a new mount (mount located directly behind the radiator, bolts to frame), received it, but it did not include the piece that bolts to the transmission. I cannot locate this part. Parts stores are no help.

Are you talking about the bracket that slides over the rubber portion of the mount? Looking at Autozone's website for your car, I see the front mount does not come with the bracket that's shown in the OEM parts diagram. If it's the bracket your after, your best bet will be the dealership or a junk yard.

Normally that bracket is re-used when replacing the mount..
