I own a 1992 celica 2.2 celica gt. block heater fell out ant overheated.

replaced head gasket,had head shaved valves re-seeded,new plugs,timing belt cam pully,s. they are all correct, however it will not fire I have spark and fuel. any other suggestions!!!! ase certified mechs have no clues!!! thanks
