What is your question?
even after new tires,cv axles, wheel bearings, new hubs,3 alignments,4 new rims, new front and rear motor mounts, new rear struts and 7 tires in all I still can not figure out where or what is causing this vibration that really gets bad at 50 to 80 MPH please help me I just can not understand what it could be

you mentioned rear struts , not front......... When you are at the speed that the vibration is worst , maintain throttle pressure and at the same time GENTLY apply brakes.....let us know the results of that.
High speed is usually rear end vibration.
I feel it in the steering wheel and could it be the rear bearings
Then follow your gut, I'm nobody and don't live Potwin Ks.
thank you and I will look into the rear
I did what you asked and 98 percent of vibration went away witch shocked me so do you have an ideal of what I should look for..... Also just want to say thank you for your time. I live in New York in a small town by the name of Wallkill
FRONT struts! I'm assuming that since alignment was done , ALL steering linkage is tight. Tires correctly balanced. With those symptoms and feedback you gave (thank you) all it leaves is the front struts. I;ve used that method for years to eliminate or verify strut problems. OLD school? But effective . Please let us know the results!
