where is the " running lights relay " located....... ITS A 5 SPEED......

Do you mean the brake lights, which are on the rear instead of running lights which, if installed, are normally on the front? IF so then the problem is most likely a brake light switch malfunction! It's located under the dash at the top of the brake pedal and is adjustable if you are equipped to do so!

Junction block 1 left kick panel, is the tail light relay, no running light relay.
