remove and reinstall the back screw on a 99 camry right rear outside door handle

need more info to adv

Pretty sure door trim panel will have to come off to access this screw. If not savvy on this better read up or get help as rods and clips attached to handle come into play. What is your skill level? Door lock on handle plate?
