I jumped the pins to see if the pump works and it does so I replaced the main efi as suggested and still does not work

Be aware that on this system, the computer does not turn pump on until it receives a cranking signal from the engine... Turning key on don't turn pump on!.. Test pump circuit voltage while helper cranks engine.... Does it have ignition fire or spark???.. You 'MAY NOT' have a fuel related problem at all.! Just saying.
