I hear the ac click on but nothing is blowing out why ?

My ac clicks on acts like it wants to turn on but then nothing is blowing out..i took out the filter in the glove compartment and there seems to be a a round wheel and it started to turn and then it stopped ...im really hoping it isnt my compressor...could it be something else ? Anti freeze? freeon ? Fuse ?

turn the heat on,see if air blows out of all the vents.

That "wheel that started to turn" is the blower ... Suspect the culprit is the blower motor or debris keeping it from working.. Best to remove the blower assembly to check it out.
