What is your question?
My 2002 Forester has recently had a lot of word done, including new tires. It seems like after the tires were put on a few days later I noticed that the interior noise was much louder. Seems like it is coming from the rear. I've had these Pirelli tires before, no issues like this. The noise is constant, getting louder with increased speeds, same in neutral is in drive. Ideas?

Several things could cause a whine noise. New tires can be bad. Your best bet is to take it back to who did the work and have them inspect the work. Does the noise change or go away while turning? It could be a bearing.
are the tires all the same size you might try rotating to see if that helps. that would tell you if they are bad tires
Thanks to everyone on the string here... I will be checking it out and will let you know.
What model pirelli did you get? make sure that they're not improperly mounted on rim (inside/outside type) or directionals mounted the wrong way on the car/rim.
You can also try shaking wheel while holding it at the 12 and 6 oclock position. if you feel a knock then thats your bad bearing. Have to be careful on the back though. there could be a small knock due to normal axle end play depending on the vehicle.
