What is your question?
The windows act like they have run out of power while moving. They only move a little at a time and you have to wait and then it will move a little more. This doesn't happen all the time.

Possible switch or motor failure , most likely. ONLY way to know for sure is to test all components in circuit until the fault is found. Or wild guess , if ALL windows do the same thing , my first guess is the master switch OR wiring to it.
