You do not have to keep the tank full! Your tank holds 12.8 gal. The car should get at the very least 25mpg . That's 320.00 miles! So on a full tank you can SAFELY drive 250.00 miles before you need more fuel!! Unless it is leaking, or someone is stealing your gas. When the tank is full, reset the "trip odometer" by pushing the reset button and keep a check on the miles driven, you can drive the 250.00 miles before you need gas. Do this each time you fill the tank. Or have the gauge fixed!
