what could it be if your coils and plugs and wires and icm are all new and repla

most likely bad,new coil,on one side.

How do you know it's not getting spark to "one plug"?... Which plug? .. How was this tested exactly??.. Or is it just that it's still running poorly after all the parts were installed????
