why van makes a noise in the front when moving from complete stop?

What is your question?

Happens when Im at a complete stop then take off. Makes a noise and feels like something is stuck or catches in the front end, front passenger side. Happens on daily basis. Of course dealer and garages cant figure it out.

Are the dealer or other shop able to duplicate the noise/symptom? Have you driven it with them to demonstrate?

THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REPLICATE IT. I ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION IT PULLS ALSO UPON TAKE OFF

That explains why they haven't fixed it!! NEXT time , be sure you are able to duplicate it and YOU drive , with a tech riding with you , so you can demonstrate the noise and conditions. Had one today , they almost left without test driving with me for what was written down as a noise , it turned out to be a vibration that took them , 20 minutes to reproduce , very briefly , but it was enough. Might need to do the same with yours .
