the brake lights are working the blinkers also work I.D.k.

I had the same issue with my 2001 lw200 I ended up having to create a new fuse wired to a switch that I installed otherwise the saturn mechanic said the cost would kill my bank account to fix. Saturns are nothing post electrical nightmares the mechanic said
I don't know if this helps, but I did find a recall on the rear lights. Anything you can't seem to explain Saturn does stand behind their cars. They do have three recalls. Consequence: THIS CAN CAUSE (1) AN INTERMITTENTLY INOPERATIVE BRAKE/TAIL LAMP BULB OR (2) A SHORT CIRCUIT THAT OPENS A FUSE CAUSING INOPERATIVE BRAKE LAMPS (INCLUDING THE CENTER HIGH-MOUNTED STOP LAMP) OR TAIL LAMPS.
