I had to jump my dead battery. Now when the car is running, my a/c doesn't blow.

What is your question?

A/c does blow when the key is on but not started. This is also the same with the windshield wipers.

Suspect momentary *reversed polarity* when jump starting .. Hopefully problems are limited to blown fuse(s).
