What do I need to replace?

They Seem to like to Sell you a Whole Kit. Struts, mounts, springs, stabilizers etc. But, I gather from what you say only buy what is worn. However, Does the constant friction on the pounding against the mounts take a negative effect on them and they can break at a later time? thank you for your answer.
