My crankshaft has play can pull it back and forth

THRUST WASHERS control crankshaft end-play.How many miles on the clutch assembly?

With 'that much' crankshaft end play (?) .. The *trust bearings* evidently are completely worn out .. @ 190k miles .. Rebuild or replace the engine is the best permanent fix .. Oil pan can be removed and new bearings installed from the bottom end but good luck with that approach! .. You really should check the clutch pedal free travel .. I don't see how the crankshaft can move forward 'enough' to keep the clutch from releasing!
