What is your question?
I was looking into buying one of them. Its a 2001 with a 3.5 V6 DOHC 24V on it. i hear it was the 3.8v motors that had the most issues like the bad manifold gaskets but is it true that they are junk? i like the style of it and how it drives BUT if its going to cost me more than its worth i wont even mess with it. My uncle ownes his own car repair shop and told me they were junk and expensive to fix. But he always tells me all cars are junk so i have a hard time beleving what i was told. Thing is anyone can tell you anything. In my opinion they are good cars IF it was taken good care of no matter what type of car it is. I know givin the age it may have issues but im on a budget so i can go only as far as my money takes me. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!

Mileage? 2000 or 2001??? You stated both and the year newer is worth a little more money.... Check KBB online!!... Can you test drive it for a while? If so, have your uncle check it over...after a good test drive!
Consumer reports 'used car buyers guide' Might also be another source (unbiased).....good luck.
run away, the 3.5 liter engine has headgasket troubles for sure at 130k miles.
130k miles and the headgaskets were blown and bad deal. this engine was not used more than a few years. the cooling system operated in reverse from most cars for lack of a better description. I have one sitting in the parking lot afer 1,207 miles from 129,587 kept 5 gallons of water with me at all times. rod blew in two months after a nightmare of replacing cooling parts. the used car dealer and clean scanned me and the car had not passed inspection. the used car dealer nightmare story you hear from time to time. that was a bad engine the northstar 3.5 RUN
