what would make the multi piston misfire code come on

What is your question?

it runs like it has a plug not fireing i replaced plugs wire coil .someone told me it could be the fuel pump

4.3L V/6 POSS. FUEL SPIDER. HOOK UP FUEL PRESS. GAUGE TURN KEY ON THEN OFF PRESSURE SHOULD HOLD FOR ABOUT 5MIN. IF NOT IT IS FUEL RELATED. MAY NEED TO TAKE IT TO A SHOP. AS THIS PART I MENTIONED (IF IT IS THE PROBLEM) THEN THE INTAKE PLENUM WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED. PRETTY BIG JOB TO SERVICE THE FUEL INJECTORS. AGAIN "IF" THAT IS INDEED THE PROBLEM.

not necessarily the fuel pump could be coil pak. what is your eng code?

no not the coil just just replaced it .im just not that lucky. the code says multi piston miss fire .i didnt think the fuel pump would make it act like that .but im runnin out of options. dont know the exact code my little cheap code reader just said the multi miss fire
