i but new battery i took the starter to auto zone for test the said its good

The engine may be locked up, the battery may be faulty, or you may have a bad ground wire.
or a bad starter auto zone at times is incorrect on the testing of starter and alt
also make sure u check solenoid cheap part usually on side of fender undr hood or sometimes along backside
Solenoid is part of the starter on that model . Are all grounds from the engine and body clean and free of corrosion? when you put the new battery in was the contact side of the terminals clean ? sounds like either a bad cell in a new battery (possible) or loose or highly corroded connection somewhere. If it's something external on the engine causing a drag then try removing the accessory belts see if the crank turns free by hand (or with proper breaker bar and socket. Rare case- pull plugs if it has blown head gasket it may be hydro-locked.
