car starts fine and runs great!

some of the Nissans have crank sensor problems that are effected once the component gets hot and swells up allowing the internal components to lose signal. another thing to check would be quality of fuel pressure and spark plugs

test idle air control for idle issue,but agree with #1

Have a mechanic scan test it on a hot day!..... Dont guess at the problem!
