The ceiling light above the front seat will not work in the middle position.

What is your question?

The other lights in the pathfinder all work properly when the door is opened and closed. This light only turns on if I turn the switch to on or click each dome light on.

Not knowing the vehicle right off the top of my head, but some have an additional light that works off the switch & or door which could be blown.
