Code p0103 is on and was wondering if anybody has had and fixed this problem b4

Took intake apart and clened good and even took maf sensor out and cleaned extremely well but still get the p0101 an p0103 codes on scanner tool. I will say after cleaning the maf sensor it idles as smooth as ever except for it revs from about 800- 1200 rpms I would say some of the time. Ordered a new maf sensor since was only $30 so if that's not the main problem then no need in sending it back. I hate to say it but that vehicle needs a lot of tlc for real!!! Any help would be dearly appreciated thank you and God bless! !
