I have a loud rumbling in one wheel well only at certain speeds. Help?

The front driver-side wheel rumbles loudly when going between 35 and 45 MPH. There is a speed-dependant audible click when going less than 10 MPH. The noise seems to be worse when I let off the gas, but it may just be that it isn't poluted by engine noise. I have no problems braking or turning. We got new tires about 6 months ago, but I seem to remember this starting shortly before then. It has been getting worse. My pathfinder is a V6 4WD. Thanks!
