why does my ABS light coming on make a noise under the hood which drains my bat.

Your ABS unit is dead the motor is or ecm for it is shot. sorry.

Does it make this noise when car is parked with key off? Cause that is the only way it can drain the battery. Is your alternator charging the batt.? Also need to have ABS system scan test.
