What is your question?
I replaced battery and cleaned terminals. Had starter tested (good). Lights and accessories are getting power. What are my next steps? Starter relay? Ignition switch?

>>> "unless your engine is locked up" ... See if engine will turn 'manually' using socket and ratchet on crank bolt... Another clue is headlights dimming each time key it turned to start position.
Engine turns. New battery, new starter. I'm crap with electrical, so looks like I'm handing it off to someone else unless someone can suggest fuses and relays to check. Either way, thanks for the responses.
Somewhere in the text on this page 'should' have led to a solution but without actual hands-on testing it is difficult to confirm that .. I still suspect either insufficient battery power to the starter motor or starter mother is defective .. I'm pretty much out of ammo from here .. Hope you have good luck with it, let us know what you come up with.
Turned out to be a bad positive battery connection and fuseable link.
Thanks for the reply, glad you got it fixed.
tested at an Autozone ... not sure what type of machine used
yes,i know the machine they use and depending on which zoner tested it.that machine is not 100% accurate.when the starter is put in there, the starter drive may extend,BUT it just has nothing to extend into like when it's mounted on your vehicle(no pressure on it)so if their machine sees it extend and spin"it passes their machine test"but not really sometimes! if you get a helper to turn the key to try and start it,while you smack the starter with a hammer(may have to try a few times),and the starter spins or attempts to spin the engine, then the starter is bad.some of the zoners don't know what to listen or look for when they do their testing.they should have got a new one off the shelf and tested it also, while you were standing right there watching and listening!
I tried the hammer test before removing starter. No change. Did not engage.
if you are getting signal/battery voltage to the small wire on the starter/solenoid when the key is turned to crank/start position and the battery has a full charge, then suspect the starter is bad.unless someone else can reply to this test and prove it wrong,i don't know of anything else it could be,unless your engine is locked up.
Will recheck starter and wires. Thanks.
you're welcome.post findings...
Replaced starter... no change. Checking crankshaft next, then on to electrical.
