Crankshaft position sensor, should be down by the balancer or back by the flywheel. Also check camshaft position sensor
It's always good to have them answers out there anyway for future reference, and people seeking answers to the same question
i know, but the reason i said that is,i'm trying to get reply back from original question!
My answer is the proper reply, with a bad crankshaft position sensor, there will be no spark. It picks up a certain spot on the crankshaft and tells the distributor it's time to fire cause the valves and pistons are in the proper position for that certain cylinder to fire. Without that sensor functioning properly it will not send spark were it's needed! Which causes a no start situation!
there you go,very good answer for more people with same problem to see.i was not talking about you or your answer! i was just trying to get a reply from the original person that posted there question to see if they ever got it fixed, but most don't reply back.your answer is good, keep up the good work!
Kinda works like a magnito on a lawnmower engine or motorcycle engine. THanks for your kind words, I love auto mechanics it's kinda like my puzzle.
I'll check this evening when I get in . o really need this fixed if I can I'm fixing to be homeless lol I'm panicking exactly how can I check them
These vans are very common for this issue, more than likely your crankshaft position sensor. Or camshaft position sensor
