When i turn my ac off why does it still keep turning on while im driving

you mean the blower won't cut off? stuck/welded relay or resistor/connector burnt?

Is the vehicle equipped with a "fresh/recirculate' mode knob or button? IF it is on fresh , while the vehicle is moving , it will draw air in , feeling like the fan is on (you move faster , it blows faster). Owners manual?
