What is your question?
I was going 60mph on the freeway and heard a loud revving sound, I then noticed as I pressed the accelerator, my car wouldn't go any faster. I got off the freeway and got onto the street, my car would keep making that same sound every time I would hit 40 almost as if it wouldn't change to the next gear or something... My car only has 106k miles on it.

Hi there: Best thing to do is bring it in and let one of our ASE Mazda specialist take a look at it. We could do a free test drive to see what might be the problem. Sincerely Ultimate performance team.
Manual transmission? Time for a clutch assembly. Automatic? Get it checked soon , you might catch it before major damage is done. Low fluid level due to a leak ,or control pressure problems internally , also possible electrical cause. MUST be checked by someone with the right information on the vehicle.
Thanks for the info, I'll get it checked real soon!
