What could be causing my engine to misfire upon acceleration and while idling?

This started after I filled up the gas tank. I have changed spark plugs and coil packs, still does it. Engine light stays on.

"this started after I filled up the gas tank"--------Just a thought , cause it wouldn't be the first time-------------Have you taken a fuel sample and ruled out fuel contamination as a possible cause?
