What is your question?
All of the new units have leaked either at hoses or radiator cap. Have checked fluids and they are clear. Testing was done by mechanic to see if head gasket was the problem - was negative. Pulls from reservoir slowly and can see antifreeze running down radiator and under truck.

Try one from > 1-800-RADIATOR ... Maybe the radiators you've been getting are not top quality... OR poor installition!
you been getting those radiators at the Zone?
My local mechanic has been installing them - the first 2 came from the same place. One leaked from a bad seam on the bottom of the radiator and the second couldn't hold any pressure and gushed antifreeze from the lid. Tried 2 different caps and finally took it back to mechanic. They installed the 3rd from a different vendor and that is slowly leaking from the "top"/cap and possibly a hose connection. Mechanic even though he tested for head gasket issues - said it MUST be the head gasket now since the radiator can't handle the pressure after being run for 10 minutes.
You could have a faulty cap.
bad cap ain't gonna kill 4 radiators!
It sure can. System needs to be under high pressure to cool properly
I didn't realize radiators can vary so much. 2 came from same vendor, 1 from another but all leaking in different spots and different amounts. Local mechanic says radiator can't handle the pressure and thinking head gasket....
Any competent auto repair shop should not have a problem finding a cooling system over-pressure condition... Combustion leak test WILL confirm head gasket failure... Besides... The radiator pressure cap is the 'weak link' if too much pressure is present!!... Good luck with this...
