they could be right............
Okay guys, we know it ain't head gasket, or da motor oil would be milky, do we agree. Dis is my assumption, could it be dat da cooling system of da motor have air pockets, & I need to find out how I can bleed da cooling system to get da air out... By flushing da radiator out, or by running da a/c heating system etc.... I know there's more masters den da 1's dat are already helping me... Any more suggestions out there... Thanx fellas fo ur input dat has already been given... MUCH APPRECIATED...
Radiator cooling fans working? Recheck coolant level with engine cold......you got some of the best trying to help you now!!!!!!
10-4 big dog, radiator fans are working, wen its in park, temperature stays at normal wit no load & it das not overheat. Wen I drive da vehicle wit load 2.5 miles da vehicle tends 2 overheat... Jus tryna pinpoint wot & wea da little or big bs problem could be...
That sounds like a radiator restriction problem!! Like # 1 stated......Will the heater put out HOT air???
Loosen the exhaust , before the converter, and test drive. Maybe converter meltdown? Vacuum gauge or proper scanner could help pinpoint this or other possible causes. It is OBDII..............nevermind.........
Over 30 years I've seen many many head gasket without milky oil. In fact, when it has milky oil it usually turns out to be an intake gasket esp on GM V6's. I have seen head gaskets leaking slightly causing (combustion) air pockets in the cooling system which cavitates the water pump impeller and you won't see any steam out the tail pipe or milky oil or even show up on a block test. I would do a radiator flow test first though. I bet that's your problem.
I agree!!! Head gasket is the least likely suspect for milky oil! The intake leak is simply fixed by defalt with the head job!! Then everyone just assumes the head gaskets had to be the problem, i have always said that and have had many a mechanic say i was full of..it
Radiator water would be milky... So I believe it cannot be head casket... Correct me if I'm wrong...
You could be wrong.
