The door cover on the radio / CD is stuck in the open position. It was operating perfectly until I had to take the car to the Lexus dealer for the air bag recall. I noticed that the door lid did not close while driving home from the dealer.

I would need to look at the vehicle in order to determine what the problem is. There may be a simple fix but I would need to see the radio/door and I would be able to give you better advise. Just curious , but what exactly does the airbag (either passenger OR driver side) have to do with your audio unit?? I'm glad i take pictures/videos of many cars that come in for recalls!! Too many people think we owe them more , just because ........ To many people only show up to bitch about the recall on their 10 year old poorly maintained car and think we own it not them! AND they are usually the ones that ONLY come to the dealer for the free stuff. Boo-hoo........
