Could transmission fluid leak out of one of the end caps on my gx470 radiator?

Any way to repair this or is the best answer a new radiator?

It would be easier to replace the radiator instead of tearing the radiator apart and replacing the tank. A new one can be a lifetime warranty. O'Reilly's are lifetime and are fairly inexpensive.
