Do I need to unplug the battery when replacing the throttle sensor?
What is your question?
I did replaced the throttle sensor for es3000 year 2002 without take off the battery power. Do you think it might kill the sensor?

The sensor should not have any power to it with the key off. Should be OK.
when replacing anything electrical its always a good idea to disconnect the battery.
