The air fuel ratio sensor will open in the heating coil and cause the bank to run rich. Also caused by repairs requiring intake manifold removal, when the ground on the back of the intake is not secured properly causing the heater circuit for both air fuel ratio sensors to malfunction. It's been a while, hope you have it fixed by now.
