Have monitored with scanner that reads 'live data' to determine the fault in throttle control system.

This car's throttle is cable controlled and therefore has no throttle control system. There are too many possibilities to guess at without being able to see the car, fuel system, ignition, mechanical fault.... Check engine light on while driving? Does it always have low power? Is the idle smooth?
