center support bearing replaced on driveshaft. Then car starts to vibrate

Was it vibrating BEFORE the bearing was replaced? Check for proper install.

Driveshaft work should not have turned on the light!!! Was it on before the work? Is the engine misfiring? Vibration there at all speeds... even on deceleration? Running 55 mph, shift to neutral, vibe still there??
