Probably a frayed wire or loose wires in the bulb harness...something is touching where it shouldn't....
Poorly done body work on front end--a ground wire is not properly connected causing to much resistance in that bulb circuit , causing it to burn out prematurely. TEST voltage to bulb , and TEST resistance in GROUND circuit , to prove me wrong.............and pushrod right!
