Where are the intake n exhaust markings to time my kia rio 2003?

I see them on my pullies but not on the back of the cover. do they line up with the 2 knobs on the top or ate they support to.be lined up in the center facing one another?

It's been out of time, valves bent!!! Been trying to start it,,says no start,, I tried to explain but....

I positioned the pullies wrong..I have to re-align them but was hoping to get a better diagram than I have ..no bent valve ..I'm going to be a master at this.soon..lol The crankshaft is dead on ..

There's a mark on the crank pulley you should put to TDC Then it should tell you where's the timing mark for the cams
