Does 99-05 Jeep Wrangler TJ Cruise control buttons Steering Wheel illuminate?

It shouldn’t take long ‘at all’ - for most people - to become familiar enough with the *steering wheel* controls that they don’t need to see them .. Furthermore it would be distracting to the vehicle operator to look at the controls each time they were used! Thus part of the reasoning behind no illumination for the steering wheel controls. There ya go. Drive safely.
