Yes I do mean jump start. I have taken my voltmeter to the battery while running and it reads about 13. Has soon as I put the key in and turn it on I can just watch the voltage drop.

I'm just guessing , but I'm leaning towards a charging SYSTEM problem. Could be alt. , wiring , or PCM.-- 3.7 , 4.7 , or 5.7L engine?
