The power windows on the front and rear passenger side will not go up.

No they won't work from the master switch either.

Ok, next question, did both stop working at the exact same time?

I think the front passenger window stopped working before the rear passenger window.

Most likely the lift motors have sutck! Sometimed hitting the center of the lower door panel with a rubber hammer while holding button 'up' will jar them free. Dont hit it like you want to knock he door off but a good sharp blow is ok. If window attempts to move, replace lift assembly.

If it were a switch or wiring problem, both should have stopped working at the same time, post results of what you find so others may benefit.
