After how many miles do I need an oil change

i rec every 3k miles with reg oil and 5k for syn

Depends on which oil you are running, Synthetic, or regular detergent oil. Also how its driven, Highway or short runs. Also moisture, condensation can build in the oil, it needs to be driven long enough to heat the oil to remove the moisture. Give more information on how the car is driven daily.
