Rattling sound it runs but does'nt run smooth and alot of power Reset timing according to specs and valves set at Intake 6 Exhaust at 7

Install the complete timing chain 'component' kit? .. Should be able to tell the difference between chain (constant rattling) or valve tappet (rhythmic tapping).
To help figure this out, could you please explain, in detail, WHY you replaced the timing chain on this engine? Did you have a 'check engine' light on? At this point, my quick guess would be bent valves, during the process somehow. Visual check with the valve installed in the head is NOT always accurate because their valve springs can overcome slight distortions and pull them to what appears to be a properly seated position. IF. The car runs, live data from a good scan tool (Honda software would be preferable), as a starting point. One more item to clear up-what procedure and specs did you use for valve adjustment, and that '6&7'-is that inches or mms.? ---what do you mean by 'reset timing'? If the chain was installed and running with it off even one link, that would unfortunately further confirm my theory.
