my car is missing a rear adjustable control arm ..how much to fix?

i think they mean the car came with non adj control arms and the repl are adj.that would make since

...........check honda dealer regarding a service bulletin on rear UPPER control arms and premature tire wear. The alignment adjuster is on the lower control arm.(for 'toe' adjustment only)
