What is your question?

Will not start, I put a boost on it and it started up but after I turned it off it would not start again. I took the battery and had a full charge put on it but nothing come on

Did the battery take a charge, or is it bad. Will a boost restart it, might be a bad or shorted battery, or connection issue.

Logic says to replace the battery! .... ..If you boost it now, will it start?
